Summary: House is recently renovated upstairs, kitchen well stocked, has Keurig for coffee, Large Roku TV in living room, lots of natural light, and well lit at night. Washer & Dryer downstairs was great to have. There’s a dock and boat slip in back that was occupied, unsure if it’d be available in the future but worth asking, as location is ideal for boating. Neighborhood is great, quiet, and very conveniently located. There’s a keycard to access the private beach, within walking distance. Pete is a great host, he called day before check-in to answer questions and explain our stay. He texted during our stay to see how it was going. Check out was easy. I’d definitely stay here again.
