Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Pleasant resort with nice pool although bar, snack bar and restaurant all closed. The accommodation was a good size. Several great beaches a short drive away and lots of restaurants in Ferragudo & Carvoeiro.
Negative: Very poor experience on arrival as fridge, TV, WiFi system and boiler were all switched off meaning no hot water for hours and a warm fridge to put our food in. Contacted agents who sent maintenance the next day by which time we had figured things out ourselves. Asked agent to phone me, no response. I emailed once home & my concerns were not handled professionally in my opinion. Double bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Summary: Disappointing arrival experience, accommodation ok.
