Positive: Our flight arrived in Marrakech very early, and we greatly appreciated that the hotel reception kindly stored our luggage upon arrival. We also made use of the hotel’s shuttle service, which was excellent, comfortable, punctual, and provided in a clean vehicle. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were welcomed by a fresh, pleasant scent that immediately conveyed a high standard of cleanliness. The receptionist greeted us with a genuinely warm and friendly smile, which set a positive tone for our stay. The property itself is spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Our room was extremely comfortable, featuring a spacious king-size bed, and the bathroom was equally impressive, with a large, modern shower. The location is truly outstanding, arguably one of the best in the city, situated right on the main square where all the activity takes place. From our window, we enjoyed views of the Koutoubia Mosque as well as the lively markets, including traditional street performers such as snake charmers and entertainers throughout the day. Breakfast was included and served at a nearby café. The food was exceptional: fresh, abundant, and clearly homemade, which added a lovely authentic touch to the experience. As expected, the square is vibrant and lively, with music and traditional performances during the day. While some of this can be heard with the windows open, closing them significantly reduces the noise, and by around 11 pm, the area becomes quiet. For those wanting to experience the heart of the city, this location is ideal. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our choice of accommodation and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike about our stay. The hotel provides outstanding value relative to the standard and quality of its facilities. The reception team was consistently attentive, checking in daily to ensure everything was satisfactory and offering assistance whenever needed. I do not wish to sound biased, but this genuinely exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was the accommodation outstanding, but the city itself was equally impressive.
