You cannot be in a better downtown Wilmington location as you are on the corner of Market Street and Front Street! The apartment is on the second floor of a 100+-year-old building! Beautiful exposed brick and 500 square feet all to yourself! You have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need from wine glasses to beautiful dinnerware to, most important, coffee and teas to wake you up for your day! There is a bar with seating for your snacks or meals. Snacks and water are provided for your arrival and comfort as a “welcome” and “thank you” for being our guest. The living room is designed to be cozy with lots of space to snuggle up and watch a movie on the big-screen television. The television is set up with streaming services so bring your logins and keep up with your favorite programs and movies while in your home away from home! The bathrooms have plenty of space, a walk-in tiled shower, ample lighting, and plenty of counter space. Basic toiletries are provided as well as a hairdryer and cozy bath mats. The bedrooms are super cozy and comfortable with a substantial comforter, extra blankets, and plenty of pillows. All linens are white, crisp, and clean except for the extra blankets giving the space some much-needed texture, color, and warmth. The bedrooms have earplugs for each guest because the building is over 100 years old and is located right in the heart of the downtown activities. This is not the quietest location but it is the most convenient with the most to offer within walking distance. When you walk outside, be ready to be in the thick of the downtown activities, restaurants, and nightlife. The door is black with large lettering with the address. The door has a combination lock that guests will receive prior to check-in. Guests will walk up one flight of stairs to a common landing/hallway. The unit door is at the top of the stairs off the landing/hallway. This is a common space. Once you enter the apartment, the entire apartment is private and for the use of only the guests on the registration. You will access the apartment from another keypad and your access code to your unit will be the last four digits of the primary guest’s phone number. The check-in is contactless. Messages will be answered asap. Any additional interactions are at the guests’ request. The neighborhood is in historic downtown Wilmington, NC! This is the place to be for all entertainment and activities! Step outside to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. There is street parking that can be paid for, extended, and updated via the PayByPhone app. Street parking is paid daily from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm in varied intervals from .5 to 2-hour increments. There is also a parking deck about 100 feet away where you can park and leave for the term of your stay. The parking deck is recommended and enjoying amenities within walking distance is ideal!
