Bluff Heights is a beautiful home that would suit a few coupleswanting to experience a getaway to relax and unwind without leaving the property. A great adults only retreat has stairs and a balcony. NO child gates.
This home has 4 bedrooms and 3bathrooms. Outside patio with BBQ area, upstairs small balcony, garage and plenty of parking with a huge backyard with various trees and shrubs.
Downstairs - From the entranceyou enter the air conditioned lounge area with a White leather sofa and large TV. This flows through to the open plan dining and kitchen area all with views. The well stocked kitchen has a gas stove top with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.The hallway leads through to threebedrooms, two queen size beds in two rooms, and two single beds in the other. Twobathrooms with shower and toilet, and the laundry with auto washing machine.
Upstairs - Is the air conditioned master bedroom with a Queen size bed, walk-in robe and separate bathroom with huge spa bath withshower and toilet. There is a smaller separate lounge area with sink and small bar fridge that leads onto the small balcony to sit and enjoy that view.
Has a second fridge and clothes dryer in the garage for use as well.
The front has a circular driveway for easy access to thegarage for parking. Can fit a boat as well. Situated in a very quiet street whereyou will no doubtsee a fewKangaroos and emus wandering by.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few.
