Bluewater Resort/Villas are finishing the final touches for a massive renovation, all balconies being repaired, entire resort is being painted, new tile in resort lobby, new furniture, too many upgrades to mention. Over 3 million dollars in renovations over the last 3-4 years, please don't let some of the bad contruction reviews deter younfrom staying at this new/updated Resort, all renovations are on schedule and will be done by the middle of May, the Villas where we are located are currently painting the balconies and will be done in 2 weeks and ready for rent May 15. Our Condo as well has been recently purchased, updated and furnished with brand new furniture, dishes, bedding, etc. 1 bedroom, large living area, large eat-in kitchen/dining room, balcony with pool, lazy river, hot tub and Ocean view. Sleeps 4-6. Parking, laundry onsite Located at Blue Water Villas, condo is second row and but it takes no longer to walk across Ocean Blvd than to come down the elevator from the high rise to the beach and is only about 100 ft (1 min walk) to the beach. The main parking for the resort is located right in the villas therefore, parking is right at your door. Also, no worry of waiting for the elevators at the main high rise building, especially in the busy season and even thou we are on the 2nd floor, the villas also has an elevator if need be. This condo has a very large balcony that seats 4 comfortably and it actually seems like you are on the 3rd floor as the villa is built up higher. Sit on the balcony while kids are in the pool or in the lazy river. Hot tub is onsite as well. BlueWater Villas is sister resort to Blue Water Resort so you can access the several pools and hot tubs, bar/restaurant (Mako's), game room, sauna, gym. Condo sleeps 4-6: one bedroom with queen size bed and one queen sleeper couch. It also has a loveseat for small children. Available items include: 2 Flat screen TVs, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, wine/champagne/beer glasses, dishes for 6 or more, cutlery for 6, DVD Player & DVDs, balcony with table and 4 chairs. You will also be stocked with all these items (Linens, towels, wash & dish clothes, toiletries, etc) upon arrival. Departure cleaning is provided as well. Myrtle Beach Has Something for Everyone to Enjoy. from Our Beautiful Beaches and Golf Courses, to Shopping, Nightlife and Entertainment Galore. Your Only Problem Will Be Finding Enough Time to Do Everything You Want to Do During Your Stay. Free WiFi is provided. Free private on-site parking is complimentary.
