The Space:
Consisting of 1260 square feet, this east-end, corner unit offers six sliding glass doors which open onto the 90 feet of wrap-around balcony from all bedrooms and living room. Unit 301 is ideally located on the third floor, where you will enjoy spectacular views of surf and sand which are augmented by the sounds of the waves. A well-equipped island kitchen and plenty of counter space makes entertaining a breeze. The King-Size Bed in the master bedroom; a queen bed in the second bedroom; a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, and the queen-size sleeper sofa make accommodating up to eight people easy. Beautiful tile floors throughout compliment the beach décor. Spacious and tastefully decorated, unit 301 includes a washer & dryer, cable TV with smart TV’s, and wireless internet.
A Parking pass is EXCLUDED from the price. Guest must purchase a parking pass from the security guard at check in (limit up to two parking passes, $75 each, CASH ONLY FOR PARKING PASSES). Prices for parking passes are set by the condo association and are subject to change without notice.

No Smoking. The Palms is a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
