Ideal for two families, spread out and relax in this spacious home, with 4 large bedrooms, two living areas and a featuring a wonderful games room in the garage with Arcade game, table tennis table and pool table.
The main living, dining and kitchen area is located at the North East end of the house, enjoying beautiful morning sunshine and sliding doors straight onto the backyard. Sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the sun in one of the outdoor lounge chairs, or gather for breakfast around the outdoor dining tables - there are two.
The main living area has a large comfy modular couch, large Smart TV, Blue ray player, DVD & CD library.
The second living area also has a large TV and big comfy couch.
A fully equipped kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, appliances, walk in pantry and heaps of crockery and utencils for a large family group.
There are four bedrooms, an ensuite off a main bedroom, a family bathroom with large spa bath, and a separate powder room.
If you need to work while away, or younger ones need to get school work completed - there is a large built in desk with home office setup including monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer and scanner. Just plug in your laptop and you are set.
Located in a quiet court, but a close walk to the beach and walking path to the shops or to Wild Dog creek.
