The Bluefish Beach Cottage is located in Blue Mountain Beach along the famous Scenic Highway 30A. The cottage has been fabulously renovated in a coastal modern style. Fully updated and professionally decorated. This spectacular cottage features three bedrooms, two full baths with walk in showers, an extensive, open air front porch abutting an enclosed grass yard. The back of the property features a large elevated wood deck with a full size Spa / Hot Tub, Weber gas grill, 6 person outdoor dining table, 4 complimentary beach cruiser bikes, and string lighting intertwined between the coastal palm trees.
Beach toys and outdoor games for all ages, full size corn hole boards, beach chairs, plenty of clean beach towels and a beach buggy wagon are all provided for complimentary use.
4 NEW BEACH CRUISER BIKES (April 23’)
A quaint, fully enclosed outdoor shower with endless hot water provides a perfect way to wash off the salt and sand after a long day at the beach.
The owner's suite has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that has a large walk in shower, double vanity and a private entry from the back deck.
The additional rooms offer a queen size bed and two twins that share an oversized bathroom. All rooms have sleek, wall mounted smart televsions as well as high speed WIFI. Enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, gas range, outdoor gas grill, instant hot water, and a full size washer and dryer.
The Bluefish Cottage is a short walk from 4 public beach accesses with public parking that allow stress free access to the beautiful white sand and emerald green waters of Blue Mountain Beach. There is plenty of parking at the cottage for up to three cars and a golf cart, the complimentary beach cruiser bicycles are placed just inside the charming front fence.
The owners have lived in the area for 25 years and are more than happy to offer any recommendations for shopping, dining, inshore and offshore fishing excursions, paddle boards and golf cart rentals. The Bluefish Cottage is a hidden value that is sure to please.
