Welcome to this cozy, recently remodeled and decorated guest house turned into a 2 bedroom home located in a desirable neighborhood of Mount Pleasant. Just minutes from local beaches and downtown Charleston. This location is perfect for those wanting a centrally located home to enjoy all the different pockets of Charleston. This fully equipped rental is located behind a brick house in a beautiful neighborhood. THE SPACE Welcome to 1390 Bluebird #B! Open the doors to this recently remodeled & well decorated home to immediately find the open-aired living room space with stylish decor. Sit down and relax on either the comfortable couch while watching your favorite movie/show on our large flat screen TV. The couch does pull out to a full-size bed. Continue walking down the hallway to find a full bath, washer and dryer and kitchen. Make yourself a fresh brew of coffee or tea and sit out by the patio that is completely private. If you are lucky, you may find birds and fellow animals that aren't afraid to come say hi! There is a large fence that blocks off the neighbor's yard to the right. You do have your own patio space and grass area to the left of the home. Head back inside and you will find two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of space for your clothes and luggage. The master bedroom has a large queen size bed as well as enough space for luggage and clothes. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans for those who need either for that good sleep! This house is fully equipped with linens, towels, starter amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, body wash), cookware, regular coffee maker and much more! All you have to do is bring yourself and whatever foods and drink you want. We do not have any beach towels or chairs, so you can bring your own or there are plenty of rental companies on Isle of Palms. Should you need any further toiletries or cleaning supplies we offer a $75/hour service to fetch them for you, or you can get them yourself. You will find a housing manual once you arrive with our recommendations on places to eat and activities around the area. We will follow up with you the day before your arrival with the smart lock code and instructions.
