The mattresses and linens were selected with the highest caliber quality materials and will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. Both upstairs bedrooms share a balcony that looks out over the spacious enclosed back yard. The lush backyard will be newly landscaped with table, fire pit and BBQ. Driveway offers covered parking for 2 vehicles and ample parking for 4 cars.
The dining area has bench seating on one side with chairs on the other for 4 people. The living room has a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen smart TV with premium channels and Netflix. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare the finest meals for the pickiest gourmet chefs. The separate laundry room is also well stocked with all the beach equipment needed for your short stroll to the beach.
This home was almost a total rebuilt and newly decorated throughout. Enjoy the excellent decorator touches and warmth of this cottage home.
