Comfortable 3 bedroom beach house overlooking the Wye River Beach, open plan living with magnificent panoramic view. Large deck, outdoor setting & Bbq.
Read a book, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the view. Cosy wood fire heater. Very friendly native birds visit the deck daily & will eat from your hand (seed provided).
Sleeps 8. Two rooms with Queen size beds and one room with 2 x bunks. Well equipped kitchen. Wye River has a surf lifesaving club and beaches are patrolled December through Easter. For the kids; Separate small TV room for the kids with Dvd's , Videos & Games. Large open yard to play with swing. (being repaired 2023)
Aldi Expressi coffee machine with 6 capsules supplied to get you started.. Easy parking in fairly flat driveway for two cars. Close to the Wye General Store, cafe serves fabulous coffee & great meals, also overlooks the public playground. Or visit the famous Wye Beach Hotel as featured on Getaway.
What to Bring: Your own top & bottom sheets, Bath towels & Beach Towels. NOTE: Sorry, STRICTLY NO PETS... No Smoking Inside. No Schoolies bookings or Parties.
