- Up for rent is a 380 square feet studio type, one private bath with kitchenette unit on the second floor of the mansion. It has a dedicated workspace too.

➞ Please keep in mind also that we have a central AC that can be controlled for the whole building in the first floor located in the hallway but there is no AC outlet stored in the bedroom.
➞ Please note that there is no full kitchen available. The house features a dedicated small kitchenette equipped with essential appliances for basic food preparation.
➞ We offer onsite parking for only 1 car. Please let us know if you need a parking space. It's limited and we assume you don't need one if you don't ask.

- Please write down your number on a paper and put it on the dashboard in case we need you to move your car.
- If we run out of onsite parking, you can always park on the street.
