The Blue Slate Getaway is a recently updated duplex located on the west side of Springfield near popular Lincoln attractions, shopping, restaurants, the State Fair Grounds, UIS, and water parks!
You'll love the remodeled bathroom with double vanity sinks! The inviting bedrooms include black out blinds, large closets, sound machines and extra bedding to make your stay comfortable. With a full-size kitchen and dining table (including a dishwasher) you'll feel at home making meals and cooking. Two desk areas are in the home along with a large living room with a leather couch, two reclining chairs, and a 60" Roku television. We've provided some games and puzzles too for those rainy days! In the private basement you'll have access to a washer/dryer and extra storage. In the front closet is a pack n play, highchair and toys for children (2-7yr old).
Outside this home features a private driveway, single car garage and front patio. Bringing your dog? Across the home is a large open field perfect for walking or feel free to stroll the quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and parks nearby.
