Enjoy sunsets and the quiet atmosphere of Ledge Point, directly opposite sand dunes the beach is a 5 minute walk. Large outdoor undercover area for BBQing and family dinners. Fully self contained well appointed beach house. Just 1 hour 15 mins from Perth, 10 mins from Lancelin, 1 hour from Pinnacles the doorway to the Midwest.
Blue Sky Escapes Beach House Ledge Point has so much to offer. Whether its a quiet family weekend away, a seaside romantic retreat, to parking the boat in the generous lockable backyard for a fishing trip that will truly please the keen angler.
Lobster and an array of fish available from a boat or take a day trip and drive 1 hr to Cervantes and visit the Lobster Shack and amazing Pinnacles.
2 mins into town is the immaculate Ledge Point Golf Course that has been kept to a city standard. Lawn Bowls is also available at the Country Club where you can get a good cold beer and meal on weekends.
All of our houses are self contained with different facilities it is advised that you read carefully through the property descriptions so you are prepared for your stay.

Summary: We had a really great time staying in Ledge! Was a great location nice and close to the beach but out of the way from hustle and bustle and only a short distance to activities in Lancelin. The house was well stocked with bedding and towels. The fridge was left a bit full but we managed to move all the stuff to the bottom to fit ours in and utilised the downstairs fridge. Communication with the owner was very easy, as were instructions to check into the house. There were heaps of games and books available to pass any spare time, although some of the kids bits downstairs were a bit old or broken, would recommend bringing your own outdoor games for the kids, the ping pong table was great but has been used lots and required new equipment. All in all was a great stay, look forward to returning again!
