Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The host was very accommodating at checking, allowing us an early checkin. The view from the pool area was fantastic. The room was what I expected. He was very informative about the area, answering our questions, giving recommendations.
Negative: This property has some very specific rules regarding use of the communal pool. We were unaware that use is restricted to daylight hours only, it was not communicated until the host came home and found us using the pool area at dusk. He seemed upset that we were using this area at that time, and requested we leave the pool area immediately, which we did. To his credit, he was pleasant to us the following days when we used the pool during daylight. He later apologized for his behavior.
