Blue Ridge Lodge is located just 1 mile outside of downtown in Rutherfordton, NC (voted North Carolina’s Small Town of the Year by N.C. Rural Center). This beautiful home is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental with granite counters, multiple fireplaces, a fire pit, a home theater, a hot tub, and a private pool! The pool will be available from April to October for guest use. It's built for large groups with its oversized porches and patios, and there's more....this immaculate home includes a home theater with a recreational room complete with a Pool Table and family-friendly games. Stay at one of Rutherfordton's finest homes and enjoy the privacy you've longed for...A Must See!!! Pets Allowed! NO CATS.
History, hiking, shopping, and dining, you can enjoy all of this and more in downtown Rutherfordton. Explore our historic walking tour of Main Street, including the Bechtler House, home of Christopher Bechtler, the headquarters of N.C. Gold Trail, and the largest remaining cluster of antebellum homes in the southeast region. Close to shopping, trails, diverse food, and drink. Tour the world with dining choices such as Thai, Mexican, Greek, American, and Italian, all within walking distance of each other. Additional Sleeping: Pack ‘n Play (in Appalachian Trail Room) and Queen Air Mattress (inside the closet of the Blue Ridge Parkway Room)
Outdoor:
We have a front porch with seating, a swinging bench, a large covered patio w/ hot tub, pool, a fire pit, and a 1/2 court basketball court to enjoy!
Indoor:
We have four Smart TVs, an Xbox Video Game console, a fun recreational room with a pool table, a dartboard, a Ms. Pac-Man stand-up arcade & plenty of board games. In the library, you will find books to enjoy as well.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your next meal! Complete with an island, Keurig coffee maker, coffee press, electric tea kettle, cooking basics, dishware, and much more!
Security:
The property has 2 exterior security cameras (facing out) on the front and back porches.
Parking:
Driveway (10 vehicles), carport (1 vehicle), and RV/trailer parking are allowed on-site.
All guests staying with iTrip Vacations Charlotte will be provided the following:
* A starter kit consisting of paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc to last for 1 or 2 days. You may purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Markets if you run out of starter supplies.
* Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion.

* This is a DOG-FRIENDLY HOME. $100 + tax nonrefundable. Good for up to 2 dogs.( If you have 3, it is more) If you bring your dog(s), this will be added to your rental. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can accommodate your request. NO CATS.
* Please let us know how many will be in your group when you first book so we can comfortably accommodate you.
* Cleanliness is important. Your retreat is professionally cleaned. Anti-disinfectants will be used before and after every booking to ensure the highest level of sanitation.
*Hot tub and Pool - We do not provide ongoing cleaning services for extended-stay guests.
* Late check-outs are available upon request and availability. Additional charges will be applied automatically if you are found on the property after check-out.
