The kitchen adjoins the dining and living room; creating a floor plan that makes it easy for entertaining the family or a group of friends. Enjoy the 65' 4K TV while relaxing in the grand room. For additional sleeping enjoy the memory foam sleeper sofa. The Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers a breakfast bar that seats 6 with an additional 12 at the custom dining table. The layout of the bedrooms is ideal for families or groups of friends. Located on the third level is a guest bedroom with a plush queen bed; flat screen TV and bath. You?ll need to flip a coin for the enviable master king suite that has the ocean view; plus a door that leads directly to the outdoor balcony. Located on the second level is an additional queen bedroom and bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a flat screen HDTV. Enjoy the family room with a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The Family Room can be converted to a 6th bedroom with double bed foldout. The first floor offers a queen guest bedroom with flat screen TV and full size bath. Enjoy access to the elevator and 2 car garage. Summary: The house was fabulous but the a/c never got the 1st and 2nd floors below 80. I called the management company, left a message but never heard back from them. It was also difficult getting clear communication when we would get full check-in instructions and when the finally came they lacked the alarm code which was armed. Those issues combined with the price rate this one of the worst vrbo stays I have had.
