This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo has views of the black river from the deck and is walking distance to the town of South Haven and a short walking distance to several public beaches. The indoor heated pool/hot tub is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Rent a kayak, a bike, go fishing or take in a movie on a rainy day at the theater a few blocks away or stay in and make dinner in the fully renovated kitchen. South Haven has many quaint shops and restaurants that offer fabulous dinners and music on the weekends if you prefer to have a night out.
This beautiful condo has been fully renovated including granite counter tops. The master has a queen bed with a TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and has a TV. Both bedrooms are on the first floor when you enter the condo and the full bath is between them. The full bath has a combination shower/tub. The upstairs in outfitted with the fully renovated kitchen, flat screen TV and a pull out couch to bring the capacity of this condo to 6. If you need to do laundry there is a stackable washer and dryer combo in the condo. There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles. This condo truly has it all with the pool, hot tub, beach, and town all in one!
By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following rules:

1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Any boats (if available) used on the property require life jackets be worn and are used at your own risk.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is parking for two cars in front of cottage.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $150 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 11pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage. These guests can not use the amentities of Goshorn Lake Resort.
13.) Pool/beach towels are NOT provided. You will need to bring them. Do not use bath towels at the pool or beach or extra charges will be added to your stay.
14.) Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Please follow all posted rules at pool.
15.) Follow good neighbor rules for South Haven city listed in the cottage.
