- Private Gated Community - Private Community Beach - Walking Distance to 4.5 Billion Dollar Development, Baha Mar (Restaurant, Casino, Bars and Shopping) - Walking Distance to Cable Beach (Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Grocery and Entertainment) - Large TV in the Living Room, Large TV in the Master Bedroom (International Channels Available) - Up to 3 vehicle parking on Property - 3 bedrooms, and a half Bedroom. - 3 Bathrooms (2 en-suite with walk-up showers and modern fixtures) - Living room with open Kitchen and Dining Area seats 8-10 Guests. - Large Caribbean-style Garden Area with Seats, BBQ and Sun Lounges. Guest access Parking is free with a large drive-way just outside the home to the south. There is also parking along the street, in front of the home - more than adequate. The street is quiet, and guests are welcome to enjoy the interior of the home as well as the outdoor amenities such as the sunbeds in the garden, the veranda space, or a leisurely stroll to the white sand beach located a few steps to the north of the home just up the street. This beach is private and is available to all staying in the community. There are only five homes in the community that shares the beach. Barbecue & Grilling is also encouraged! A true Bahamian way of life with great snorkeling spots accessible from the beach. Enjoy the outdoors as much as you can, it is always summer in the Bahamas! Other things to note The Blue Ocean Village is a small private gated Community on the Cable Beach area next to the Bahamar Hotel!
