2020 Update: Blue Oasis is a newly constructed beach house and ready for the 2020 rental season. 316-A Lakeside Drive is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath third row beach house located 0.5 miles south of the Surfside Beach Pier and a short five-minute walk to the beach. This house features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and beverage refrigerator, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, LVT flooring, and ceiling fans throughout. Five TVs (cable), each with built-in Roku (stream from main cable box), BluRay player, and Spectrum Wi-Fi are also provided. Access your personal Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming accounts through the Roku app. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and one double-sized bed, plus one twin-over-double bunk bed, one twin-over-twin bunk bed, and one twin-sized ottoman. Outdoor amenities feature a screened-in porch, private 10-by-20-foot swimming pool (4-6-foot deep), pool furniture, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, and ample parking. Interior stairway. Owner will reimburse guests for one-half of golf cart rental (up to $150) on reservations of seven nights or more. Limited to one golf cart per reservation. No smoking. No pets.
