This unit has 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths, plus separate Bunk beds room, sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen and private balcony with amazing Gulf view and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The beach is just across the street, in just few minutes walk with private beach access. Located next to Signal Hill Golf Course. In a walking distance to Walmart, liquor store, gas station, gift shops and many restaurants including one of the most popular and on the beach- Pineapple Willy's. In a walking distance to many attractions including Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, WonderWorks, miniature golf places and much more. In just 7-10 minutes drive to the famous Pier Park shopping center and St. Andrews State Park.

*** There is one-time RESORT fee of $101 for the whole group and the whole stay, including the wristbands and the parking passes.
