Blue Lagoon Villa has its own large (7.5x4m) private swimming pool which can be heated to 28°, as well as reversible air conditioning and a large flat screen Smart LG TV with English channels along with Screen Mirrowing, Fire TV Stick with Sports & all the latest Movies and Free Superfast Fibre Optic WiFi. Located in the peaceful upmarket Spanish Town of Santiago De La Ribera, situated on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from the Brand New International Airport Murcia Region (RMU) and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport (ALC). Blessed by a Mediterranean climate, it has around 315 days of sun per year. Just a 10 minute stroll (500m) from the sandy beaches of Santiago De La Ribera on the Mar Menor, as well as many restaurants, bars and shops (including Aldi & Lidl) all just a short 10 minute walk away. This beautiful open plan villa, boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee machine (Tassimo) and more, large dining area and living room with huge flat screen Smart LG TV with English channels, Fire TV Stick with Sports & all the latest Movies, DVD player and Sony Bluetooth Speaker. Free Fibre Optic WiFi throughout the Villa. It consists of 3 large double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, with the master suite located over the entire first floor with private bathroom & walk-in shower, along with its own private solarium/terrace of 30m2, the other 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, of which one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Second bathroom is located on the ground floor with bath & shower. Travel cot, baby bath and high chair available on request at no extra cost. The outside area has a ground floor dining terrace with seating for dining Al Fresco with Spanish style brick built BBQ and first floor private solarium/terrace. 6 sun lounges and parasols are located around the private heated swimming pool with an additional shower area. All linen is provided, sheets, towels and beach towels. A hire car is not necessary if you just want to relax and enjoy the local hospitality, if you do have a car, it can be parked within the villa grounds in the front garden. Fantastic new park for children just at the end of the road.
