Positive: Our host, Paula, was wonderful with our pre arrival communication. A bottle of wine, water and fruit juice was provided which was very welcome and the apartment was lovely. We were well looked after by Tatiana, who cleaned our room. The location is superb! Above the semi private bay, reached by spiral stairs and perfect for snorkeling. Looking west for a nightly display of colourful sunsets which we never tired of! Stoupa is a lovely small community with many greek families on the beach and had a feel of more authentic greece than the islands. Altogether a wonderful trip.
Negative: Driving from kalamata airport on winding roads in the dark on our arrival night! Flight times are few and far between!
