Blue Lagoon, a cottage home in Old Florida Village, a new Seaside type community in Santa Rosa Beach from which you can walk to beautiful white sand beaches or enjoy great discount shopping and endless summer time activities. There are miles of walking and biking paths and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just down the street. It has 1600 square feet of finished living area and will sleep up to 9 comfortably.
This non-smoking home is beautifully decorated in a beach motif with an emphasis on quality and comfort.
The entire house is upgraded in many ways. This house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment.

When you are ready to hit the beautiful white sand beach with gorgeous emerald water, it's only a short stroll to the beach access which has a picnic area and clean restrooms. Walk, drive or bike to enjoy the beach.
There are also two community pools in the neighborhood for you to use during your stay. The first pool is only 4 houses down the street.
There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area and Old Florida Village is just a 15 minute drive to one of the largest discount outlet malls in the region. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, golf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options. The picturesque and charming communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside are just a short distance away.

Summary: We have stayed at Blue Lagoon several times and always try to book it when we are traveling to the panhandle. The house is great, clean, and well equipped. It is stocked with videos for those occasional times when you get rained out. In addition, Brian and Gigi are so great to work with and are very accommodating. The only times we don't stay at Blue Lagoon is when some one beats us to it.
