Layout: Ground floor - 1 master bedroom with a king bed and a veranda, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with 2 big sofas and TV, open-plan fully equipped kitchen, outdoor sea-view terrace with dining table and deck chairs as well as lounge area. Basement floor - 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed each, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sofa-bed in a communal space, wine cellar. The ground floor bedroom is more suitable for older people as no use of stairs is needed. Daily cleaning. Change of linen twice a week. Blinds for all windows in case you do not like light filters in the morning. Additional notes: Featuring a 24h concierge service, all 4 villas share the garden and the barbecue.
