Summary: First I would like to start out by saying the hosts Ken and Edie were amazing and very helpful. I appreciated their communication and trying to resolve tour situation. Blue Dolphin was an amazing location but there is total construction on the entire building and that was not fully communicated to the hosts. Outside and in the hallways and elevator. No balcony and all windows taped up. We could not stay and had to find another place. Inside the condo needs freshened up for sure. Just make sure you ask questions before you reserve to avoid any headaches. I’m sure after the renovations this place will be amazing.
