3 Bedroom House in Uptown - Upper Duval, Key West

This house was renovated / rebuilt in 2014. I rent SAT to SAT. I can do 5 to 6 nights in that time frame. I DON"T RENT MID WEEK TO MID WEEK. It has all the historic charm of Key West, yet is a new house inside and out! Three split bedrooms all with in-suite baths. New heated pool with large sun deck and covered outdoor space. All the furnishings and beds are brand new. Be one of the first to enjoy this Key West oasis! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 queen bed) and all new in-suite bathrooms. There is an additional 1/2 bath in the living area. The main house great room has a full kitchen and a sliding glass wall that opens to the outdoor living space and the pool. The yard and pool are quite and private… plenty of outdoor space to to relax and enjoy the Key West weather. The house is just steps off of Duval St. It is at the Southern end of Duval in the Gallery District. The location is close to the great Key West shopping, restaurants and nightlife… but away from the tourist crowds. The Southernmost Point and a public beach are 4 blocks away. So when you want a break from the pool, it is a quick walk to the beach. There are a limited number of houses in Key West that are licensed to be rented on a nightly or weekly basis. Most of the houses with such licenses are located in mixed commercial and residential use. Blue Coral is in one of these areas and there is a Local's Tavern across the street. We work with the Tavern to control the noise level, however, we have found on some evenings, Music from the Tavern can be heard in front bedroom. We have placed a white noise machine in bedroom to help cancel out any extra noise. I recommend that you contact me to discuss the property and your desired dates before booking. I do weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. I can do 5 or 6 nights in that time frame . I keep the calendar up to date, but there are changes from time to time.
