Welcome to Blue Breeze at Beacon Shores!
This brand new, stunning, custom-designed and built 8-bedroom home just completed construction in May 2019 and is perfectly situated on the oceanfront in Nags Head, NC. The home offers private beach access, large decks and a lovely pool for relaxing after beach time.
The owner spared no expense on this home with top of the line finishes throughout. Six of the eight bedrooms have private en-suite baths with gorgeous tiled walk-in showers that include glass panels, and every bedroom except the bunk room (on the lower level) will feature king size beds. The luxury vinyl planking found throughout the home is comfortable on your feet and the furniture is high quality and beachy at the same time. The kitchen features top of the line appliances and quartz countertops with stunning panoramic views. And don't worry about carrying your groceries up 3 flights of stairs--there is an elevator that services all three floors and starts at the carport level.
The lower level is the fun floor, with a theater room offering oversized luxury chairs and a large screen TV for watching movies or sports. Step just outside the theater room and you'll find plenty of play time with a video arcade, pool table, shuffle board and a bar height table for playing cards or just hanging out. From here, step outside the door to the lower-level deck featuring bar top seating overlooking the pool. And whether you want to be indoors or out, you'll have ample space to spread out with plenty of comfortable seating.
This spacious, well-equipped home has too many extras to name, but includes a gas grill for an oceanside cookout, high-speed wireless internet access, flat screen cable TVs, trex decking and KEES standard amenities. This lovely 8-bedroom home has something to offer every age group and provides guaranteed enjoyment soaking in the private hot tub, shell hunting on the oceanfront or cozying up by the fireplace.

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Heated Pools are heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. A pool heat fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
