This is an outstanding property on Grimm Road with spectacular views over Coffin Bay Township and Kellidie Bay.
Built on a rise, this property takes in views of the bay from the magnificent deck, which is equipped with everything you will need for great outdoor entertaining. Being situated on a huge block, space and privacy are guaranteed.
This property has so many features, it is hard to know where to start.
The upstairs level is available for holiday rentals. At this stage the downstairs area is completely vacant - no other guests on site.
The property has two living areas - one area to sit, chat, read and take in the views. The other area to watch television.
The fantastic outdoor kitchen is located on a huge deck with views over the township and bay. This outdoor kitchen includes a weber bbq, sink, fridge,, and even a dishwasher. The large outdoor dining table has overhead heating - so It is hard to imagine anyone cooking inside, but if the weather forces you in, the inside kitchen is just as well equipped. There is also a choice of dining tables, one on the deck, one inside, both very comfortable.

Summary: Blue Bay Ridge has it all, fantastic lay out with 2 living spaces and a great spacious kitchen. The favourite spot that we found ourselves enjoying the most was the outdoor entertaining area, with the most picturesque sunsets while cooking a roast on the outdoor kitchen. Would recommend!
