We provide bath towels, washcloths, small courtesy soaps (please bring any additional amenities needed), and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay.

2nd floor: En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, separate tub, his & hers vanity, and toilet.

*LIVING AREA & KITCHEN*
Our living room area is cozy with accent chairs, and couch for seating. The couch opens up into a queen sized sleeper (where additional guests can sleep, with pillows and linens provided.) We have a TV for your enjoyment with standard Cox cable.
Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker (with a provided re-useable filter) or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the table with seating for 8, and at the breakfast bar with seating for 4.
A stackable washer and dryer is offered in the home, in the laundry room right near the back door, with an ironing board & iron provided. A courtesy single use laundry soap is provided, but please bring additional supplies as needed. The laundry room also offers an additional refrigerator that's perfect for extra groceries or drinks!
*OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES*
The private pool is situated in our fully gated backyard between the main home & carriage home! Enjoy seating areas, umbrellas, pool loungers, a grill (propane provided), an outdoor shower, and a life size Connect 4 game! We provide beach towels for guest use, but please plan to bring any other beach or pool items that you desire during your stay.
*TINY TRAVELERS*
As a family-friendly location we're happy to offer a pack & play, high chair, and plastic cups/plates/bowls/silverware for guest use, that are always at the listing & free of charge!
A few important things to keep in mind:
-Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 9AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.)
-We offer parking for up to FOUR vehicles. Please plan accordingly prior to arrival as street side or public parking is not available.
-Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap).We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.
-If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.
-All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed.
-We do not permit one night bookings/instant booking for weekends/holidays at any time.
-Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well.
-Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-We do host student groups/groups under age 25, but you must be preapproved and have discussed your group dynamics with us. We do have a set of student rules & deposit that must be agreed upon. If you book without explicit permission, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.
We're located in the heart of DESTIN! Minutes to the beach, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, many locally owned restaurants & shopping, entertainment for the family and nightlife!
We always recommend bringing a vehicle to get around during your stay. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Uber & Lyft are popular in our area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors (locally owned) offers alcohol delivery as well!
We are always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. Our strong preference is communication directly through the booking platform so that we have all the details of your trip to make assisting you a breeze.

PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!
-Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time. Check in time is 4pm, and checkout time is 9am.
-We do not host parties or events of any nature at any time. Any instant booked reservations will not be permitted access to the home for a party or event, and no refund will be given due to ignorance of rules in place.
-Only guests permitted are those stated in reservation-this includes any guests "stopping by" or visiting. Disclose extra guests immediately or please expect loss of security deposit/eviction.
-No underage drinking or illegal activity.
-At checkout suggestions are: linens are to be stripped from beds used (not mattress protectors) and do not remake the beds, dishes loaded in dishwasher with provided detergent, and trash bagged and taken to appropriate cans. If checkout falls on Monday/Thursday evening, please take trash to curb.
-Golf cart and/or Pool Heating is not included in your stay, please inquire for pricing as it varies based on season/length of trip.
-Checkout time is 9am, if you have stayed past this time you will be charged for an extra day & cleaning fee.
-We do NOT host student groups/groups ages 25 and under unless prior approval is obtained & deposit paid/student rules signed in person.
-If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of entire security deposit.
-If unregistered pets, candles, fireworks, or smoking are found inside home, eviction will be at owners discretion & loss of security deposit.
-We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. 2 dog maximum permitted, and $200 pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Pets permitted only if house trained. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter.
-Private pool is used by registered guests only. No pets permitted in the pool or on furniture at any time. If the pool heater is tampered with security deposit is enforced.
-Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind in any location on the property (both indoors/outdoors) will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning & sanitation charges.
-Do not rearrange furniture in the home.
-We do not offer any type of refund for any reason whatsoever, and by including this in the house rules you acknowledge this.
