Built to a very high standard in 1952, Blomst remains as charming as the day it was completed. The sandstone and timber construction - which also feature inside the home - immediately take you back to a more gracious and relaxed time.
With a series of generous living spaces retaining their original vaulted timber ceilings, a large gas log fire in the main lounge, stunning dining room with uninterrupted views over Wentworth Falls golf course, along with outdoor dining and recreating areas, Blomst is an absolute treat for the senses, wherever you choose to pause and enjoy it.
The large eat in chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to create a Mountains feast from the excellent regional produce which is readily available. We are well stocked with delicious teas, coffee, and sugar, and some cooking essentials for you to utilise.
Along with the gas log fire there is gas central heating, reverse cycle air conditioning, and underfloor heating (ensuite) to ensure the home is as comfortable as it is beautiful.
As long-time admirers of quality vintage furniture, objects and lighting we have taken the opportunity to celebrate this passion in the interiors of the home. Add comfortable beds, quality bed linen and soft fluffy towels and the result is unpretentious luxury.
The substantial, mature gardens provide the perfect backdrop for the home. Weeping Cherry, magnolia, camellias, rhododendrons, azaleas, roses and English box hedge, a sandstone koi pond - all combine to conjure a genuinely glorious place to be.
Situated a comfortable walk from Wentworth Falls Village with its cafes, shops, and train station, close to world class walks and attractions, and immediately adjacent to the golf course, there is something for everyone.

LOUNGE ROOM - contains a 55 inch LG smart TV with Netfilx, plenty of board games, books and puzzles, and a generous amount of comfortable seating. There are also high quality Bluetooth speakers for music listening, and complimentary WiFi. The lounge room has ducted heating as well as a gas log fire, and air conditioning for cooling in summer.
KITCHEN - contains a large Electrolux fridge, Ilve stove, Miele dishwasher, complimentary tea and coffee, (French press plunger, and stove top espresso maker) as well as plenty of stores. There is also a lovely vintage Ercol dining table to enjoy your breakfast on.
DINING ROOM - separate elegant dining room overlooking the golf course, pitched ceilings, mid century dining setting by Paul Kafka seats 6 people. There is a separate gas heater in the dining room if required.
BATHROOM - main bathroom has a shower and separate bath tub, there is also an ensuite with floor heating and a third toilet. Luxury Sheridan towels are provided. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner are also provided.
BEDROOMS - include two queen beds and one king bed with ensuite. All bedrooms have ducted gas heating. Pedestal fans are available for cooling in summer. Extra blankets and pillows are available in the bedroom cupboards. Quality linen is also supplied.
VERANDA - overlooks the golf course and rear garden. Has a dining setting for 6, and large comfortable lounges to relax in.
