The rustic alpine huts "Hofblick" and "Wiesenglück" are located on the "First Alm in the Northern Black Forest" on an 8-hectare forest clearing in an absolutely secluded location. Anyone looking for a unique vacation experience in the Black Forest will find it here at the "Almruhe". In a typical alpine atmosphere, you will find real peace and pure nature to really unwind, breathe in the forest air, switch off and escape from everyday life. The alpine huts are located on the grounds of the "Ziegelacker" resettlement farm in the so-called outer area of the small village of Neuneck. Neuneck is a district of Glatten, a municipality in the northern Black Forest and lies on the Glatt river, nestled between meadows and forests. The many cycling and hiking trails offer numerous opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the Black Forest. The natural swimming pool in Glatten offers wonderful refreshment in a great atmosphere in summer. If you are looking for civilization in between and fancy a day trip and tourist attractions, the towns of Dornstetten, Freudenstadt, Loßburg and Alpirsbach are just a short drive away. There are two parking spaces (one behind the other) next to the hut. You are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 dogs to the "Wiesenglück" alpine hut. The alpine hut "Hofblick" remains pet-free and is therefore particularly suitable for people with allergies - also due to the natural log construction.

Our Almruhe has become something of a health resort for our (regular) guests. Particularly considerate behavior to avoid anything that could disturb the tranquility and the special spirit of our area or the community is extremely important to us.
In order to better guarantee our special tranquillity here, we apply the guidelines for adults-only hotels.
Underage guests must therefore be over the age of 16!
Of course, we welcome all guests who appreciate and respect our special tranquillity and idyllic setting.
However, our Almruhe is not suitable for guests who want to party or behave loudly. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and care must be taken to ensure that they behave accordingly.
By the way: On New Year's Eve, our entire site remains "firecracker-free"!
