Positive: The place overcame all our expectations (and that’s after 50+ countries visited!) We took a risk to book this villa with 0 reviews. And were happy to be the 3rd tenants only. That’s a family house thus built with love and care. An incredible view on the sea port and the city, a quiet neighboring interrupted by the cicadas only, plenty of pine and olive trees (Maria gave us oil pressed from the olives collected from them and free range home eggs). The place itself is amazing clear and comfortable. The house has got 2 entrances with fully furnished rooms with a fridge and bathrooms in each but sharing a kitchen. The both parts of the house are air-conditioned separately. In the kitchen we found all needed stuff: dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee machines, grill, wide range of dishes/pots and when we arrived the fridge was filled with bottled water and some of food. The villa can be a perfect option both for a family with kids as well as 2 couples. And even better - for a honeymoon! Ideal for 2 to be lost in this heaven location to spectate the best sea view! For the convenience of the daily trips we could use a fridge box and picnic carts. But the main to mention is the owner. Maria is a real treasure! She met us in the port though our ferry was late almost for an hour, recommended car/bike/buggy rent -(MagiCar - very good and easy going guys), advised good local place and best beaches to visit, did impossible - organized a boat rent in the eve for Sunday morning when all providers were booked out. Never disturbed and respected our privacy, replied and helped without a delay. Definitely, the villa was an important part of unforgettable time in Skopelos.

Negative: Nothing really. The accommodation is few kilometers from the city center and any public transport, then it is highly recommended to have a private transportation mean (we had a buggy, can be a car or scooter).
