Summary: First off, the views on the property were amazing and the kithen was well stocked. Outside of that, the experience was far from ideal. The host was initially over-communicative....almost to the point of annoying. Then when it was pointed out that some of the listed ammenities did not work, we were told that she did not have the ability to trouble shoot it or time to look at it untill after we checked out. The host then ignored a request for a partial refund for the inconvenience all together. And despite a clean fee charge, there is quite the laundry list of check out chores and instructions left for the guest to do before they leave. The property allows dogs, which we appreciate, but does not seem to adequately clean up behind them leaving a smell we did not appreciate. It is truly a beautiful property that could be an amazing retreat with a little more effort from the host.
