Welcome to the Blackwater Bungalow! Relax in this stylish home with expansive outdoor living spaces including 2 private decks, a Muskoka Room, landscaped gardens, pond, and hot tub.
The Bungalow accommodates 4 guests. Bring the whole family together in warmer months as the Bungalow + Bunkie accommodates up to 8 guests. The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from Huntsville and 20 minutes from Rosseau. Arrowhead, Algonquin, snowmobiling and beaches are all near to this rural paradise.
Blackwater Bungalow is the ultimate getaway in Muskoka. The home provides a comforting space to relax and enjoy the tasteful decor. The bedrooms each have their own unique style and theme that is both comfortable and inviting. The living room has plenty of room for everyone to gather around for a movie night. The kitchen comes fully equipped with professional appliances to create a wonderful meal.
The exterior is an outdoor entertainers dream. With two expansive decks and a Muskoka Room to enjoy the spectacular views, you will never feel the need to be inside. The front deck feature club chairs to enjoy the western sunset. The back deck features chaise lounges, a BBQ, hot tub and an outdoor shower. The homeowner is a landscape designer and the grounds are a true showcasing of his talent. The gardens have been developed over the years to provide a true oasis to explore during the day while being fully lit at night. The bunkie is tucked into the lower corner of the property giving excellent views of the pond and surrounding nature while enjoying adequate privacy. The firepit is located nearby to enjoy as well.
Guests will have access to all outdoor areas to the left of the driveway including the gardens, lawn area, decks, pond, firepit, hot tub and bunkie.
Please note that the Bungalow is suitable for 4 guests at all times. In the warmer months the bunkie will be available and can accommodate up to 4 other guests. It has hydro and supplemental heat for cooler evenings.
