Positive: Access to the property was well explained and easy.
Negative: Superficially the condo was clean but looking a little closer things were quite dirty. Dishes were not clean in the cabinets. There were stains on the mattress covers and under the beds had a huge dust bunnies. The smell was terrible when we arrived so we had to do some cleaning just to manage the first day. One of the neighbors was just wandering around inside the shared garage in the dark with just his cell phone , created some security discomfort. The elevator on the property has a very expired license and the condo also has an expired license prominently displayed on the kitchen counter. Quite a few things just felt off.
Summary: Beautiful location. No air conditioning, awkward neighbors.
