It offers access to a private boat ramp that is walking distance away. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a lots of space for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Outside is a bbq grill and plenty of yard space plus an enclosure for your pet. The home has three TV's, board games and some outdoor games available to entertain. Summary: Nice house, clean and well stocked. Used the kayaks in the garage. Enjoyed the back patio and the wildlife - regular visits from deer and a few elk. Good location, close to the river, Sunriver, and hwy 97. Was perfect for 8 of us! Thank you! We had a great time!
