El apartamento es ideal para pasar unas fantásticas vacaciones en familia, se encuentra en una zona con proximidad a los chiringuitos, a restaurantes, supermercados, zonas de ocio infantil y a menos de 300 metros de la farmacia, centro médico y oficina de turismo.
El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!

A la llegada, tendrá dos opciones, para hacer frente a los posibles desperfectos, o bien, dejar una fianza de 150 € que se le devolverá tras la revisión, o bien, contratar una exención de daños ACCIDENTALES (Seguro) de 28€ no reembolsables.
Nuestros apartamentos se entregan limpios e incluyen ropa de cama y toallas. Incluye cambio de ropa de cama quincenal.
No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora, tostador ni secador de pelo. ¡Si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!La recogida de llaves se efectuará en nuestras oficinas, en C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, a partir de las 13:00 horas. Existe la posibilidad de recogida de llaves fuera de horario de oficina, solicitando la anticipadamente y habiendo pagado completamente el apartamento y depositado la fianza con anterioridad. La salida y desalojo de los alojamientos se efectuará antes de las 10:00 horas de la mañana.
Las mascotas se admiten bajo petición (peso máximo 10 kg.). “según apartamento” con un suplemento de 5€/noche.
