3 Bedroom House in Merimbula

Birdsong cottage is located in a quiet cul de sac, close to the lake (and boardwalk) in Merimbula. It adjoins a reserve which guarantees privacy and lots of birds. Wallabies, Rabbits and Echidnas have also been spotted on the property.
It is a 2 bedroom cottage with wooden floorboards, tasteful furnishings and comfortable beds. Additionally it has a sunroom which is furnished with a day bed and can be closed off from the living area with a sliding door. The bedding configuration is:
Main bedroom: Queen bed
2nd bedroom: 1 set single bunk beds
The kitchen is newly renovated. It includes a dishwasher and is well set up with crockery, utensils and glass ware. The bathroom is functional and clean.
There is a small deck with lovely views at the front of the property, and a large deck at the back with a good quality BBQ. An outdoor shower (with both hot and cold water) is a great way to wash off the sand when you return from a day at the beach.
Your pets are welcome to join you at the cottage; the back yard is fully fenced. We are happy for your pets to join you inside the house, however we ask that you keep them off the furniture and beds. Note that extra cleaning charges will be incurred if there is animal hair on the furnishings or bedding.
You must supply your own linen and towels. Doonas and pillows are provided.
Please note that there is no access to the garage, but off street parking on the driveway is available.
There is no wifi at the cottage - enjoy a digital detox whilst you are in beautiful Merimbula!

A security deposit of $200.00 is payable prior to your stay. It will be refunded to you within 5 days of your departure; subject to the condition of the property being satisfactory.

Summary: Very quiet neighbourhood-perfect for R&R. Easy access to boardwalk, shops, lake. Beautiful birdsong all day every day and great lake views through magnificent gums. Property provides very relaxed lifestyle holiday with our beautiful fur babies.
