This 2,300 square foot home features a private in ground pool. The Gulfside location of this home means the water at the swimming platform can be very shallow during low tide down to as low as 1.5'. Please take note that dockage is good for flat boats, kayaks & jet skis. Enjoy incredible sunsets and water views from the Gulf Front pool and outdoor area.
This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beauty boasts all new furnishings and a brand new gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops. The exterior of this home was freshly painted.
Relax and enjoy the splendor of a Florida Keys sunset from the expansive screened porch that overlooks your own private pool.Go on an adventure with the included kayak and paddleboards that you can launch directly from the back yard and explore the abundant sea-life surrounding the area.The lovely Gulf front pool will ensure you enjoy every day in the Keys as you relax around the azure waters.Pool heat can be provided upon request on those rare chilly days.The fully fenced in yard is perfect for your pets to enjoy paradise as much as you will.
This Florida Keys vacation rental features all of the comforts of home including laundry facilities with a full sized washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes. Your home will also have a toaster, blender and coffee maker for your use to make your stay feel more like a home away from home.
The home has central air conditioning and numerous ceiling fans for those warm tropical days. There are ceiling fans in the dining and living areas as well as in all the bedrooms. The flooring throughout the home is wood laminate and tile to make any sandy feet no problem after a long day at the beach or on the water.In the glassed-in Florida room, you find seating and a dining table overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. This room is cooled and provides a great place to watch the sunset into the Gulf of Mexico and end another day in Paradise.
Please keep in mind that all homes in the Florida Keys can be subject to sea-grass blowing in with strong winds. The grass is where our sea-life live and reproduce and can cause an odor when it accumulates. Just a small price to pay for Keys living!
The common areas are open and inviting and offer plenty of seating areas as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy open water views from many locations throughout the home.The queen and bunk rooms + living room have smart TVs with Xfinity access while the master bedroom is Xfinity only.
Bird of Paradise allows for plenty of parking with room for 4 cars (2 covered spots) as well as boat trailer parking.
This home is located within 5 miles of grocery stores, drug stores, a hospital, boat ramps, bait shops, restaurants, bars, movie theater and all other conveniences you may desire. Guests may also wish to visit the world famous Turtle Hospital, Dolphin research center, Key West and Duval Street or relax at Bahia Honda park and Beach.
Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest,this includes children & infants.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras.
If you plan on docking a boat at the swimming platform, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately.

"We enjoyed our stay! The house was great for us with the beautiful view. The dock was the place where we spent our mornings and evenings. The pool is awesome. We kayaked, fished and enjoyed paddle-boarding in the canals near the house. We would love to come back next year."

"Ideal Location, Great Views, and Lovely Pool"
We stayed at Bird of Paradise and had our holiday of a lifetime. After reading the previous comment we were worried about the seaweed but took a chance because we wanted a private pool along with access to the ocean. When we arrived we were pleased to find no weed and no smell. Just a clean, fresh new looking house with great bayside views. We enjoyed all that Marathon has to offer with great diving, restaurants, shops but most of all the fishing was superb! Coco Plum was great and very easy to deal with. Looking forward to returning again next year.

"This place was amazing. Beautiful view to wake up to and to go to bed too. The pool was a definite amenity for our group. The house and accommodations were great. "The location is a 5 star! Fishing was fantastic right off the dock! My husband would not complain. The interior was very nice. The wi-fi worked great! We had friends down for a few days and they enjoyed the location as well. I would definitely book this property again! Coco Plum were very easy to deal with!"

"Great home for family with kids if they know how to swim! Pool is good size but deep! Our grand kids are excellent swimmers and totally loved the pool! Great view of the gulf and with a great dock the kids enjoyed fishing. This was a fantastic vacation for all!"

"This home was perfect for us, I would definitely recommend this home for your next stay. Everything we needed was real close. The only problem we had was the air conditioner, thay came over and it was fixed right away. The swimming pool was very nice and the view of the gulf was amazing. We took home alot of amazing pictures. Thank you for a great Vacation."
