Positive: The size of the property and the location
Negative: There was a smell which although it smelt like someone had been smoking we think was just because the house needed airing. The heating looked like it had been replaced and as a result there were minor decorating issues. The flooring in the ensuite does not fit properly. The saucepans would do with replacing.
