The fabulous kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm or perhaps a BBQ in the garden whilst chilling in front of the Chiminea. Accommodation Summary Living Room - Beautifully furnished with two 2-seater sofas, Aga log burner, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and a selection of board games, DVD's and books. Kitchen - Wonderful large space with plenty of work surfaces surrounding a solid-wood dining table. French dresser to the side. Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle etc. Door to the rear garden. Master Bedroom - Large bedroom, beautifully furnished with a double bed, dressing table and cupboard storage. An option pull-out trundle single bed is available, suitable for an adult or for a child. Views to the front aspect of the property. Twin Bedroom - Two single beds with a shared bedside table. Cupboard storage and views to the rear aspect of the property. Bathroom - With slate wall-tiles, shower-over-bath combination, basin and toilet. Airing cupboard. Outside - A private stone-walled garden with garden furniture a BBQ and a chiminea. A lockable stone shed is available for keeping bikes safe should you wish to make use. The garden space is accessible from the rear of the property. Things to Note The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor, accessed by a carpeted stairway with handrail and 13 steps. A stair gate (provided) can be installed at the top of the stairs if required. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
