Welcome to the Bills Island Retreat! This luxurious lake house resides on the only island in Island Park making it not only beautiful, but unique as well! Bills Island is surrounded by 7000 acres of fresh mountain water that the Island Park Reservoir has to offer. This retreat is a mere mile from the private community boat ramp that is the door to exploring these waters. The still waters of the Island Park Reservoir are perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming. The lake is stocked with various types of fish such as rainbow trout, browns, and cutthroat. Across the bridge that connects Bills Island and the Lake House to the main land, are miles upon miles of ATV trails that adventure around the lake and near the centennial mountain range. Various species of wildlife make it to Bills Island such as moose, deer, and blue herons that, on occasion, will pass through the land the lake house sits on. The quiet solitude of the lake house creates a visionary place for an evening stroll or early morning kayak. The retreat is also close to Lakeside Lodge that rents various ATVs, watercraft, and other lake toys such as kayaks or paddleboards. The West gates to Yellowstone are a short 30-minute drive away and local amenities are close to the retreat as well. Bills Island Retreat is tucked in the pines, sleeps 10, and provides ample space to relax. There is a large gathering area near the fireplace for the cold winter months and a wrap around porch for morning coffee in the summer months. There are three bedrooms, each with a very comfortable set up, equip for a good nights sleep. Up the stairs, tucked in a corner in the loft, there is a kid’s corner with a small television, which serves as the perfect children’s gathering space for the kids.
