It's located minutes away from the town's BEST biking, hiking, Bella Vista Country Club, Little Sugar creek & trails, the Back 40, 7-golf courses, 5 beautiful lakes, and dinning. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway for a few days or an extended stay for business our place is ready.
It’s a perfect home for golfers, cyclist, family and friend gatherings. Large smart TVs for streaming in living, master and the downstairs singles bedroom. 2 large decks for entertaining, outdoor propane fire-pit, grill and hanging egg chair as well as a bike work/wash station. Kitchen features both drip and single cup coffee. More than enough seasonings, oils, utensils, pans, dishes and cups for everyone to enjoy dining in. Come stay with us for your NWA Getaway!
The first level of the townhome features an open living room concept with large windows, comfy seating, & cabin-like charm. Enjoy the home's wood-burning fireplace on those cold nights. We have a 70 inch smart TV in the living room for your enjoyment. No worries, there is high speed 1GB Internet perfect for remote work scenarios. We also have over 25+ board games in the gray credenza next to the fireplace as well.
Our dining table folds out to seat 6, w/ 2 additional seating at the bar. Our fully stocked kitchen complete with all of the essentials you'll need to cook including spices for all your favorite meals. Essentials included are various seasonings, oils, mixing bowls, pots and pans, blenders, mixers, kcups, sweeteners, creamer, several dishes , glasses and wine/cocktails glasses.
The master bedroom is located on the first level. It has a plush King-size bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a Roku TV in the Master Bedroom, as well as extra pillows and bedding. Access to both the living and master for the upstairs full bath. Plenty of towels, soap essentials and blow dryer.
The upper deck includes a gas grill, gas fire pit, a glider bench, patio table, chairs & Umbrella with a beautiful scenic view for your enjoyment. There's a storage room that can hold several Bikes, golf bags or inner-tubes w/ shelving for all accessories.
Downstairs you'll find two more private, cabin-inspired bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a direct private patio access.
One bedroom features two twin-size beds & a Smart TV with Roku. Extra bedding located in the closet.
The second bedroom is complete with a plush Queen-size bed & access to the bathroom. We also have an infant travel crib and baby gate in the closet if needed as well as a roll out bed for our 7th guest. You’ll also find extra bedding and a portable fan in the closet.
Laundry room is also located downstairs for you to use. We provide laundry soap, softener and ironing board to guests.
Our lower deck is spacious with an egg chair, 2 rocking chairs, & a bench that is perfect for sipping on your morning coffee while enjoying the views. Also has a Park Tools bike maintenance kit, complete with all the tools you'll need to take care of your bike before you ride & after hitting the trails!
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
Please be aware there are stairs to get to the downstairs bedrooms & 2 steps at the entry to home.
** Bella Vista is a members only community that offers several golf courses, lakes, pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, putt putt golf and miles and miles of trails. You do need a Guest Pass to have access to use the lakes, swim, fish, rent a boat, kayak or rent a kayak, use the pools, fitness center and putt putt golf. Outdoor pool is open Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend. You do not need a guest pass to hike or bike. You do not need a guest pass to book a T time but do receive a discount if you have one.
