Summary: I really do not know how to describe this property, it was big. However, the detached house felt like it was originally a work shop that had been turned into a living a space. We were not expecting other people to be on the property, but there were. The gentleman (host) seemed nice, but we did not necessarily want company or conversation. We were taken back when he knocked on our door after dinner and asked if our children wanted to see him feed his alligators. We declined; we were unaware there were animals on the property when we made the reservation. A few other issues for us was that there seemed to be several personal items left around the house, like electronics plugged in in the kitchen. There were single-use water bottles re-filled in the refrigerator. There were (used?) loofas in the shower. There were only two shower towels, both were old and dingy. The clothes washer and dryer were out in the garage, which also housed lawn and pool care equipment and chemicals. The exterior of the washer and dryer was not clean. We would not rent this property again.
