Private pool, private dock, private beach. Pets are allowed with booking option. LONG Range VIEW! Location, Location, Location! Looking dead East, our sunrises are unbelievable. Sunsets are purple and reflective from the west side! Full Moon rises in the east as well. Very special.

In town Lexington location. 5 mins from the Publix grocery! Take out pizza, Thai food, burgers, Irish ☘️ pub, and vibrant Main Street Lexington. Many other Lake Murray properties will put you far away from any amenities. We are in a central Lexington location !
Walk to Sandy Beach on Lake Murray for an evening stroll. Boat to sandy in 2 minutes! World Famous Purple Martin (Bomb Island) 5 min boat ride away. Hurricane Cove in Chapin 20 mins away. Liberty on the Lake Restaurant 15 min ride. Lake Murray Dam to the towers 15 min ride. Spence Island 10 min boat ride.
We have our private dock for you to tie up any boat for during your week stay. 15 mins from boat ramp at Jakes. We have parking on our lot for your boat trailer. In case you want to bring 2 boats we have a beach area for tying up extra boats. If you need a boat rental recommendation, we have a great local company. We have 2 kayaks for your use. Provided Cornhole for backyard fun.
Newer 6 bedroom, all brick, fully furnished home on Lake MURRAY. Private fiberglass pool, hot tub jacuzzi, and sandy beach area with fire pit. Sun shades added for 2023 season! Deep water dock for great swimming. Back extended deck with gas grill overlooks big water. Kitchen table sits 8, plus 3 at island, and we have an extra folding table with 4 chairs for more seating.

Furnished living room with 60 inch flat screen. Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. Solid Wifi throughout. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. Down the hall enters a large oversized bonus room for sleeping and kids to play! We have a TV, Xbox, etc. Super fast internet
Free weight Work out gym in the garage.
All liens provided. Newer washer/dryer in laundry room. Our lot is almost 1 acre! Plenty of parking for all guest. Solid parking if you have a boat trailer. Full second fridge in garage.
