Pet Friendly - $18/pet/night (4 pets maximum/50 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended, and must be on a current veterinarian approved flea & tick treatment. Must not be allowed on furniture or beds. The owner's have requested no events or large parties be held at this cabin. This large family cabin is truly just steps from the water! Eureka Springs is only 18 minutes away! The drive to Hogscald Hollow is incredibly scenic. This drive is safe for nearly any vehicle, although, we caution low riding sports cars and require that you are a very seasoned motorcycle rider willing to navigate a dirt road. You will see dramatic bluffs and cross over a very shallow stream to get to this beautiful destination. This cabin is a cozy combination o kitschy and new decor. The original cabin was built in the early 1960s. The owners developed Hogscald. They bought all the land and turned it into lots for families to purchase. The family has kept the home in the spirit of Grandma Enoch. She wanted to hear her children and grandchildren playing and be surrounded by them at all times. There are two bunk rooms! The old cabin has been updated but the original furniture is still used along with the original dishes. We want you to be part of this history and use the cabin with your family just like we would! The original bunk room has two twin beds and a full bed and is open to the dining room and kitchen. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. There are three full bathrooms with walk in showers. The second bunk room has three sets of bunk beds, two twin over full and one twin over queen. There is a ping pong table, yard games, a gas grill and a large deck which wraps around three sides of the house. You can walk to the lake where you have beaches to enjoy swimming and fishing. You will also have access to 6 kayaks! This is a family friendly neighborhood and quiet time starts at 10 pm so we don't disturb our neighbors. Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. *Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property. If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night. Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
