Located on the main living area is 2x large living areas, with plenty of cosy seating, a huge 70 inch wall mounted tv, a wood fire place, a large bay window boasting views out to the ocean and even a bar to enjoy a cold Beveridge or entertain for friends and family. Make the most of the fully equipped kitchen, including gas cook top, walk in pantry, dishwasher and full sized fridge and freezer. Entertain and enjoy the great wrap around balcony that can be accessed from the dining area and both of the living areas and includes a 6x burner BBQ with rotisserie.
Also located on the main living area is the Master bedroom, home to a King sized bed, built in robes and a wall mounted flat screen TV. There is the master bathroom with a deep soaking corner spa bath, walk in shower and a separate toilet.
