Every room has been updated, renovated, and improved with up to date appliances and wifi, new LVT floors, paint, mouldings, and high end furnishings.
You'll enter the villa through a generously proportioned front veranda into a gracious foyer with a convenient drop zone for sandy chairs and bags of clubs. The open concept main floor is anchored by a spectacular mid-century modern double staircase. This level glows with natural light -- four 8' patio doors and window walls plus a skylight provide light, bright, cheerful illumination throughout. The kitchen features updated appliances, full-size range, microwave, fridge and dishwasher so your meal prep is easy and fun. And the granite counters and bar are surrounded with leather-topped bar stools inviting friends and family to gather and enjoy.
Dining is convenient outdoors on the private porch set for 6 overlooking the lagoon and fountain. Or if the weather's inclement, there is a beautiful mahogany dining table that faces the same view.
Whether you're catching up with family, watching the ballgame with your friends, or enjoying music and telling big stories, the den is the place to be. Surrounded by the natural views, furnished with luxurious leather sofas and overstuffed chairs, and enhanced by a full-size fireplace, it's comfortable in all seasons and weathers.
Upstairs you'll turn right to the front bedroom. This king suite features a patio door and corner window, and clean and comfy furnishings and linens.
